Refund policy

 The Pottery Toolkit hopes you love our tools. However, if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, return the unused product(s) to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days. 


Returns will be made by the original method of payment once we receive the product and take note of its condition. If you’re making an exchange, we will cover the cost to ship the product back to you. 

Refunds are made to the original method of payment, and once processed, please allow 1-2 business days for the credit to appear back to the original method of payment.

 

Used Products

To make a return or exchange for used products, please email us at support@thepotterytoolkit.com to discuss details on how to return them for credit or exchange. 

 

Incorrect Products

If you have received the wrong product, please email support@thepotterytoolkit.com so we can correct it immediately. You will not be responsible for the costs of the return shipment nor the costs to ship the correct product back to you.   

 

Damaged Products

If the product was damaged or faulty upon arrival, please email support@thepotterytoolkit.com and include photos of the damage so that we can correct the issue as quickly as possible.
